Drooling and dreaming.
Damn those are big
Perfection is a dream, practice is hard work, and achieving a goal is making that goal a reality.

Thanx Dan! That thing is just incredible. I've dug on Google a while and have only come across one comparable buck from Mississippi (of the top of my head) a few years back.

Yes the word I heard is they spent $22k in helicopter fuel tracking it. Who knows for sure, but that was the gossip at BRL.

And I bet for 99.999999% of us, it would have been an unrecovered deer...

I just sent a text message to Raccoon Valley Taxidermy in Iowa (whom I think) is the source of the Facebook post that Dan linked to, asking for more details on that palmated "moose buck".
Hope they reply; will pass along anything I find out...

Something looks odd with that moose deer. His face snout is short

I agree, and it isn't the normal Roman-nosed, big old buck "burliness", either.
I think he looks like he's inbred or something.

Yeah and the rack is totally normal.

That thing is a freak and I am not surprised he has a weird looking head to go along with that rack. Maybe he was conceived next to a nuclear plant.
