Easy to register. I do not miss registration stations, or having to wear a
felon ID on my back when hunting.

X2

Absolutely hated back tags. Can’t believe some guys are crying to get them back.

Jonny wrote:Idea is great, practicality not so much. It’s a pain. Especially when you hunt multiple counties. I think I have 6 or 7 doe tags. Would never fill all of them but have them for where I hunt just in case.

That’s what I always end up doing as well and it is a pain. I shot an elk this year also so I didn’t worry about extra doe tags since my freezer is awfully full from 2 bucks and a bull.

I know I’m going to come off as totally selfish with this next statement but I have no problem saying it. I kind of wish you had to pick public or private for bucks also, this is why: I know multiple different guys/groups that have some very good private property and will not shoot anything under 4 years old and pass a lot of good lookin 2 and 3 year old bucks on their property. Same guys then go to public and mow down every basket rack and up and coming 2 year olds that gets up in front of them. It’s frustrating to watch.
How bad do you want it?
