What specific area of Central Michigan were you in? How far did you have to venture out from camp this time?

Dan I have watched all the episodes out so far
and have enjoyed them

Most if my out of state hunts are similar to what you and Joe were up against on the Michigan Challenge

I am curious, now you’re back and have had time to analyze the week of hunting... are there any changes you guys would have made to your hunting strategy?

By whats been shown so far, after the preliminary sit through the storms near the island..once you guys located a shooter, you seemed to have stayed on him.

I typically will keep after a shooter buck until I kill him, or my vacation is over. Is that your and Joes approach when you find a shooter on out of state, limited time hunts?

If so, with weather fronts, the wind will change daily until the front is gone. How do you determine your sits after him so far has pushed him to the next bedding area or if he is still in the same bedding area.

I wouldn't change anything about the way I went about it... But, we did go into it with some pre-concieved notions that big bucks would be harder to get on than what we found, and occasionally pushed to deep, when really a field edge may have been a better place to kill a giant despite what anyone says. I also expexted mean people and guys upset with us, again based on what people told us to expect, but found just the oppisate. People were very friendly, and constantly coming up to us to tell us to keep up the hard work, and to thank us for bringing it to Michigan...

What was the biggest buck actually seen by any group who hunted in the challenge? (bucks seen from the vehicle dont count, only those from stand/saddle/ground) while hunting.

Sounds like a great trip. Very refreshing to watch real life hunting. If you guys come to PA, I've got camping land you can stay at!

I have never smoked crack...but for me these episodes are more addicting. I actually check multiple times a night every night...sickness. I need therapy.

Got an overlooked spot where a large herd of deer are holed up?

Team HB will find it

Take me a month to see that many deer
