What's everyone's take on this hill country

So I am new to this. I have scouted a lot and found some beds and rubs but I am having problems knowing when are where they bed on particular winds. I know on back side of ridges that wind is coming. So a west to east ridge, with a north wind they would be bedded on south. But. With crops and such around, I just want to know if what I am doing is correct.

So maybe if you all could say what spots you would hunt and what wind would be great just to see if I'm on the right page. I numbered a bunch if spots to simplify it.
