All right boys, we had our fun at Dan's expense. It's a good thing he has a great sense of humor.

I have no idea how Dan and Joe will do, but I do know they're two very capable hunters and they will both do their best to tag a buck. I'm really looking forward to the videos coming out of the PLC.

A bunch of good hunters in a challenging area. ..what's not to love about that. No big time TV hunting show hunts Michigan, certainly not Michigan public land, that would be career suicide. So what does the THP crew come up with? Hunt Michigan public land. You just gotta love it.

Good luck to all involved! Kill or no kill, it will be entertaining and educational.

Truer words have never been spoken. Last years videos were excellent and with a bigger cast this year, I bet they will be even better!

Dan and Joe are awesome. So cool to see their planning, scouting, and execution. I appreciated seeing the sign through their eyes. I was impressed to see that doe/fawn walk in on Dan just like they had planned. I can't believe that the deer didn't spook. I also appreciated Joe's vulnerability in sharing his mistakes by pushing too deep on the first day. He admitted misreading the map and discussed his errors in detail. That takes real courage and maturity.
