What’s a good site to use to look up weather on past dates?

I use weather underground. Punch in your town and there will be a History option.

I think you can use the NOAA site too, but I'm not familiar with it.

Here's a question for those of you that use Wunderground historical data.

In the attachment, I made a screen shot of the weather from Wunderground historical data for Austin, TX on Christmas Day, 2017. The question I have has to do with the wind direction shown at the bottom of the graphic.

The arrow shows the wind out of the sound, blowing North.. but if you take your mouse and scroll over that area of the graph, it says, "Wind 6mph FROM the North"

So was the wind blowing FROM the North, or TO the North on Christmas Day in Austin, TX in 2017?
