Q & A Suggestions for WhitetailDNA
Hey guys,
Some know, most probably do not. But I am a contributing writer to the website WhitetailDNA with Alex Comstock. My next article I am asked to write is a Q&A session, and of course you guys were the first I thought of.
As most would try to get someone like Dan, Joe Rentmeester, Joe Elsinger, Andy May, etc. I am looking to get someone a little different...one that has been on the beast awhile, gets it done consistently and someone that may have not done a Q&A session in the past.
If you would, give me some votes or recommendations on who you would like to see write one. I would make a poll but there are a lot of guys on here and don't want to single anyone out. I am open to suggestions. Also, please do not vote for yourself.. I don't want to hurt anyone's feelings if I were to go a different route
Thanks guys for the help!

I always thought Mike Perry knew what he was talking about. Don't think he has been on in a while but seems like a good listen.
Wouldn't mind hearing from Backstraps. Really enjoyed his pursuit over many years for a single buck. Maybe cause I always fail miserably in that dept.
Thwack had a great season and think he would make a fine listen.
Plenty of others as well I'm sure u will land a good one
Oh and believe his handle is WV Bowhunter. He has a heck of an impressive trophy room. He did a bio last year I believe but can't find it in the All time threads for some reason

Any of the ones listed so far would be great. I can think various aspects to each that would be interesting.
Dewey’s your classic swamp rat. I’m sure he’s got a ton of insight and stories to tell.
Pretty sure Thwack hunts both MS and northern states, so gotta be a cool comparison and contrast there.
WV Bowhunter has put down a lot of awesome deer.
Dave T hunts Texas so probably has unique insight into that region, plus he does a great job with tips and tricks and review videos.
Eddie Gomes had an amazing year last year on FL bucks that cannot be easy to hunt at all.
Backstraps is a good dude with a great track record.
Ghost Hunter and ghoasthunter always have interesting takes on things. I’m pretty sure Ghost Hunter does a lot of urban hunts, which would be an interesting topic that’s not often discussed here all that much.
Oh, and tundra... I’m not familiar with his kills, but he’s probably one of our more senior members in terms of, well, age. His perspective on what hunting was like when he started to now, plus how he’s evolved over the years and why would be interesting too.

Teaching is only demonstrating that it is possible.... Learning is making it possible for yourself.

It'd be a good one.
Not to minimize anyone mentioned, but I don't think you could go wrong with a lot of people on this site. There are a lot of divergent approaches (no username pun intended), as we've seen with the Q&A series, that can open people's eyes.
I guess the main question that nobody asked is, "Whats is your goal for the Q&A?" Is there any particular area you want to focus? Just a general overview of that person and their hunting?
