Dan’s quotes are awesome. Being a Packers fan, I often look up Vince Lombardi quotes when looking for quotes on winning, teamwork, etc.

Well why not do the same for one of the best and most quotable deer hunters I know? For me, they serve as good little reminders as I’m out in the field. Maybe they do for you too. Or maybe I’m just a goofball.

So I’m starting a quote list. Post em up!

Yeah the Swamps are intimidating, they’re scary. You run into some Nasty stuff, some Thick stuff, some Wet stuff.

And when you’re following those transition lines, a lot of the times they feel like they’re straight, and you’re really walking in a circle. And all of a sudden you are going in a different direction than you thought you were.

And people get mixed up. But really. Take a compass, take your GPS, and just go out there are do what you gotta do, and don’t be intimidated and after a while you get used to it.
