XOP treestand carrier
Is there a downside to leaving the tree stand carrier attached to the hunt stand while hunting? Like being more visible to deer or something

I use a Molle straps and waist belt.
Basically the same. If its real windy I clip the waist belt and tighten it up so it doesnt swing.
Not windy just let it hang. Never had any issues.

i take mine off. it used to drive me nuts to have to take it on and off all the time but im used to it now. besides, the way that i strap my climbing sticks on now it is better to have the backpack straps off the stand.
