Ground Pine

Unread postby backstrap19 » Tue Feb 12, 2019 12:06 pm

Ive been searching for the answer to this on the google machine, but I'm having no luck. I always look around where deer dig in the snow to eat, and i always go over and look where a deer has browsed when i see them in archery season. I'm always trying to figure out what browse attracts them most in my area. I can't say for sure that they are eating it, but they sure do browse on the ground a lot where ground pine grows. do any of you know if they eat if or not? they either eat ground pine, or they eat something that grows in amongst the ground pine. the ground pine i'm referring to is from the lycopodium family. any insight would be great. thanks.
