As Stanley would say " theres nothing easy about killing a big buck".
Curious how many times Dan has hunted that property this year. Great lesson to see how being mobile (and smart) doesnt chase the bucks away. Any idea how much time in the woods this fall?

Yes. I have a nice 11 point I shot on a brutal last day of the season in 1990 but this buck is bigger and older.

I hunted that property (which is very big) about 15 / 20 times this year. I did not keep track of my days afield this year but from early September thru November I hunted about 6 days a week. I stopped hunting for the doe seasons and since then its been about 3 days a week. Done now...

What an absolute grind of a season Dan,,,,,, when you say "Done now" there must be a sense of satisfaction there unmatched......
