Just found a crazy overlooked spot.

Just walked into a large thicket with road on 3 sides and just out of road view large beds.

Several rubs on hardwood saplings the size of my arm one bed is just massive looks like a bear lays in it.

This area might be 40 acres and has 3 trees large enough to fit a lone wolf 2 sticks high in . Never seen a car parked in this area which is what made me scout it.

Opening day of rifle I found a spot nearly exactly as you described. I was only doe hunting. I peaked over the hill into the thicket and it looked like the ground was moving.... couldn't even count the deer.

Instead of popping a doe next to the roads and alerting everyone to my location, leaving a gut pile and drag marks in the snow etc on opening day, I quietly snuck out of there and will keep that one under my hat.
