2019 Minnesota State Firearms opener 11/9/19?

For you Minnesota guys- I lived just south of the border in IA and bowhunt MN. I was looking up season dates for ML to see when it ended this year (12/9) and came across a line that read “2019 Statewide Firearms Opener 11/9/19.”
Is there a change for 2019? Historically first season has always opened the first Saturday of November, correct?

Its first Saturday of November unless that day is the 1st or 2nd. Then they move it to 2nd Saturday on those two days...

Ah-hah, this would make sense for the 11/9 opener. That would make 2020 the 8th then I believe?

I believe they place it on the Saturday closest to Nov 6th so some years it is early and some a little later. Thank god for the late start next year, should make for much better bow hunting and I really like rifle hunter the later dates as well.
