Have you tried switching between phone, laptop or desktop? The way I look at it as long as it’s the same account you log into it shouldn’t matter what system you use.

Yes sir I look on my laptop mostly then my phone in the field. With the laptop you have to save your changes. Click the profile/account tab and click save
