Good stuff! If your experience tells you movement is worse and/or later during this period do you think bucks are just content sitting tight in their beds until later for some reason? Or are patterns changing so you may no longer be in the best spot to see movement?

I think they simply move less in daylight during early Oct than during sept when they are on summer patterns with good leaf cover, and less than late november when they are starting to rut.

The hunting journal from previous years seems to be very helpful. Hoping to add some history to the new places I am hunting this year
