A few weeks ago went to shoot the boys .243 just to be sure it was ok.
It was low at 50 yards. Real low.
I didn’t have time to mess with it.
Shot it yesterday. Dead on at 50 and 100.
It was my eyes!!!
I put my reading glasses on and, well that was the issue. I had no idea my eyes were that bad
So it brought up a thought.
I still shoot the bow fine and accurate without glasses, but I know it’s only a matter of time.
What do you do? I mainly need them to read or see close stuff. If I put them on and look 20 yards....everything is distorted.
Seems like when the day comes that I need it to see my pins glasses will help there, but theylll mess up the target clarity.
I can’t be the only one lime this....

Re: The eyes
My dad figured out it was time for readers when he missed a buck with open sights on a 30-30 around age 40. I'm getting pretty close too I think! Other than that, I got nothing for ya!

Re: The eyes
I'm pushing 50 - eyes started going about 44/45. Not fun but it is mostly close-up stuff.
A bow sight is far enough out that it doesn't affect me.
My dad needs readers but still can shoot iron sights and such.
