Dealt with equipment being stolen alot back when i lived in NJ
Some of the gun clubs will every year go out and cut lines for their drives. When they find cameras or deer stands
They would go back and grab them
Then ive seen and heard even some of them would sell them at dinners or fundraisers at their clubs throughput the year.
The world is really a scary place.
Ive been around the worst of them.
I hope you get your cam back bro

Its all to common anymore. Stands and cameras are almost rentals. It's a matter of time before they get stolen. Rather it's for money or for people not wanting you hunting the same spots, its going to happen.
My private ground in Ohio is the worst. Cameras get stolen in just a couple weeks, treestands are the same. Haven't had a camera up in 5 years there, because of it. I have less of an issue on public ground in Missouri, matter of fact I have had one stand and camera taken in 10 years in Missouri.
I've gone to cheap cameras and hanging them high (8ft).
