Millennium Tree Stand
Anybody using the hang ons? Was thinking about it considering I already have one but the ratchet straps probably not the best for setting up. Has anyone replaced straps with cinch style? Any Thoughts?

Yep. Have a few of them. Take the rachet strap reciever and replace the straps with lone wolf straps. Works like a charm.

I've got a m150 and a lone wolf. The wolf can't be beat for mobility. The monster can't be beat for comfort. Both serve different purposes and are absolutely great.

I was considering a lone wolf but already have the 150. Would need some sticks as i only have the millennium stick which is noisy to set up and not light to pack in. Have done it but its not ideal. Or possibly use the 150 for observation and get a wolf for mobile. Waiting to see Dans sticks too.

I use the millennium 100 u instead of the monster . Slightly heavier than the lone wolf but can use for mobile hunts instead of the monster . Just as comfortable also. As far as sticks go. I use hawk helium sticks that I modded up myself . But like you said I would wait and see if dans new sticks will be for purchase before the season.

Re: Millennium Tree Stand
I use an M7 microlite sometimes that I switched out with a lone wolf strap, much better now. That ratchet strap that came with it was terribly loud and basically impossible to quiet down.

I've been using a lone wolf climber for probably 15 or more years now, but I picked up the m100 and a set of helium sticks myself just after the season to increase my versatility. I'm curious about your stick mods...

I stealth stripped them from head to toe, I also removed a step from the bottom and one from the middle but left the top double step for better positioning when setting the next stick. And I removed the bracket and strap it came with and added a versa button and lone wolf strap. This year I might add those aiders.

Interesting. Thank you for the ideas.
