Lone wolf climbing sticks

My new lone wolf sticks are great but
The claws are spinning a little loose
is this normal or should i tighten them down ?
They came like this

Yes tighten them. I take mine apart every year and put bow string wax on the nylon washers. They should be snug but loose enough to pivot.
Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding.

Just be careful not to over tighten. It will crush and squeeze out the washer.

Ok thnks guys I thought maybe they lft them like that to maybe deal with the weight stress or something
