Hill Bedding/Cruising on Cloudy Days

For those with good experience in the hills, does buck bedding/cruising change on cloudy days (due to no or little thermal effect)? Have you noticed any difference during the rut on cloudy vs sunny days? More apt to cruise more on sunny days?

In the farm hills I hunt I say yes but as anything else whitetail related no always. They still cruise but I see more action in the valleys and draws especially if combined with high winds.
