Got another chance but.....
The big 10 point that I passed p a frontal shot on a couple weeks ago made another appearance. This time I was able to get a shot but unfortunately I hit a twig and I think I hit him low. It was a quartering away shot and the blood had bubbles in it. I followed blood for 300 yards before it dried up. I dont know what to do now. Im thinking of calling the deer dogs.

I one lunged one earlier this year and posted about it. Search "one lung" and you should find some useful info on their that could help you. For example, Dan mentioned staying hot on the trail if you think you got one lung.

I stayed hot on the trail till I ran out of blood. Last place I had blood he was leaving the thicket and going into the open woods. Theres tall goldenrod fields that the deer like to bed in about 300 yards on the other side of the open woods....maybe thats where he was headed?

That’s where I’d look. Grid search. Don’t give up.
