Thermals on cloudy day?

Unread postby DaHunter » Fri Nov 03, 2017 12:26 am

What time do rising thermals kick in on a cloudy wet day? Just got busted and it's only 30-40 min after Dawn. Learning the hard way!

Well, after I posted this I had two bucks up above me about 40 yds and neither smelled me. Cloudy, dead calm day. Back at it tomorrow and we'll see what happens

I've experienced thermals on cloudy days. They just don't seem to be as strong if they are present.
