Wind predictions

First year hunting smarter not harder and staying our of the woods on average days. (This is not easy fighting the urge and we just opened up today) but.....
Working out my weekly calender of events If it's Monday and I'm looking to hunt until Thursday how reliable are those wind predictions? Flat agg terain btw.

In my experience weather predictions are very unreliable and even if the wind was the same as was predicted you'll have to verify at your hunting site. I'd take the extra time and scout some new areas of there are any close by. That way hopefully you won't have to sit out in the future if you don't want to
