Dan I fish a lot I mean a LOT!!! All summer I fish not stop but as fall rolls around or spring scouting I hit the beast and get my fix. I always talk about you to anyone deer hunting related. You are bar none no question the most humble buck slayer I have ever had the pleasure of meeting or talking to. Guys Dan doesn't have to do this yet every year he cuts into family time and free time to help us all try to get a crack at a mature buck whatever that may be given the areas we hunt. Dan I can't thank you enough. You all should be happy that he takes his time to do this it would be much easier for him to just slay giants behind the scenes. No TV show no Sponsors hes just giving. He's not selling you on a product he's selling you on skills and tactics and for that thank you!!

I definitely appreciate all the time Dan takes to make this site possible. I don't know Dan personally but he seems just like the rest of us. A dude ate up with deer hunting that enjoys sharing stories and knowledge with others.

I very much appreciate his time. I watch his videos and listen to Podcasts and say to myself " this is unreal. The guy does this on his own time help out fellow hunters get better". Never does he come across as conceded , but rather he has shown some mistakes too, even on video. I never see "known hunters" show mistakes. He says why he showed how he missed a buck etc... guys know the video I'm talking about I'm sure. Guy is straight up a great guy and I never spoke or met him. He's a mature bucks worst nightmare.

I have had the pleasure to talk with dan quite a bit and consider him a good friend (too bad I haven't become a big buck serial killer but that is another story). What blows me away is how well he can teach, he is a natural and I am glad he does what he does. Not only a great hunter but a great teacher as well. It never gets old saying this.
