I have the Garmin 64st. It comes pre-loaded with topo maps on it already. When I'm most pleased with it is the signal and push buttons. Like other guys mentioned, catch Cabela's on their sales.

Suunto watch. Very useful gps tool.

Back Country Navigator on my phone. I love this app. Works great with google earth. All my trails and way points are nice and tidy. Lol
