When someone wants what isn't theirs
They will do whatever it takes to get it. First time I ever hung a cam that low thinking where it was it wouldn't be found since I just never could get a good set the way I wanted with how the ground laid so I took a chance. Cause in that area I'm usually alone in there every year so decided hang a cam on it this year and welllllll it grew
Legs. Always gotta be somebody to do it I reckon.

Sorry to hear that. Amazing what lengths some people go to. I don't remember where i read this (may have been on here) but someone took old useless cameras and hung them in places people would find them with feces inside the cam and a note that said stop stealing other people's s***. Thought it was funny and would love to see the reaction of the guy opening it.

Sobs.... I'd put another one out with a punji stick right in front of it. They drew first blood!

Trailcams should come with a security code you have to punch in to open and some of those exploding ink things the bank tellers have for bank robbers.

I've lost more stuff on private ground than on public over the years. Sucks the same either way.

Re: When someone wants what isn't theirs
I rarely ever even have anyone come by a camera and don't guess anyone has ever found 1. Yet the one time I don't hang it 8-10' up BAM she gone. Oh well public is public. Lesson learned. Now if I can just get a little luck and just see ol sex troy.

Re: When someone wants what isn't theirs
Trail cam companies would never do a security code bc they know you wouldnt have to come back and buy another!
Kinda can't blame them but it would be nice. Security code would at the very least stop a portion of those people trying to steal.
