Deer are pretty smart when it comes to learning what is a threat and what isn't. The farmer on the land that I hunt is out there checking his crops once a week. Plenty of times I'll have him on camera walking and a mature buck within an hour after. If he's on a side by side, I wouldn't worry at all, they know vehicles like that aren't a threat.

Heck, my father has a pop up blind behind a friends house (in the woods within 50 yards of the house) and he gets mature does and an occasional mature buck (not too many around) come through. You can stand in there yard and deer will be within 30 yards of his friends at times but are a little more weary when they see someone in the woods. The just know when to fear people and when not too.
