Might be a stupid question but does milk weed grow in South Carolina?

Yes. Had some in my NC food plot before I mowed on Saturday. They were only a foot or two tall so I would think they would have pods by the end of the month. I have also been scouting the road sides as I drive lately.

From what I gather milkweed is getting scarce in some places...I live In North west Alabama and I have yet to find any.
I orderd seeds from livemonarch.com they come with instructions on how to grow it.. Hopefully I'll have plenty next year. Burkhart was kind enough to ship me 5 pods so that should be plenty to get me through this year..
