Unread postby Eddiegomes83 » Wed Jul 19, 2017 12:14 pm

Anybody know when this and if this is going to happen? If so any pics or specs of them?

There is pics in an old bear hunting thread. And in a previous thread it was said they would likely not be available before season. Hopefully Dan gives a reveal soon. I am very excited as well.

I haven't heard anything from anyone legit in my opinion and I believe when Dan got that bear, it was said it would cost a fortune to make/sell those stands so I didn't think he would be doing it? I messaged Dan personally and hope to hear something back.

Last I heard the sticks are gonna be produced but I don't know if any availability date. Really hoping for the stand.

I know he has made some prototypes of the stand and sticks. I wouldn't hold your breath for anything this season though.

behind the scenes tasks take time. When something happens we will make a thread with an announcement. Hang in there!
I've used the sticks, there great!

Jeff is spot on... We have decided to patent and throw our hat in the ring. So we need to be quiet about specifics until the patent is applied for. That should be soon. Probably won't be producing for sale this year unless all the stars line up.

A true 8 pound stand that is between 29-30 inches long by 20-24 inches wide and is stable, would be the holy grail of tree stands!

Yes it would! I think if there's a limited number at first, Dan should give us first shot at ordering. Just a thought. :D

Beasts always come 1st!!! :D The proto-type is just a hair under 8 pounds, but some mods might put the weight slightly over 8 pounds... We will see. Im taking weight off of some areas and adding it in others. Might be a wash.

The sticks are really light too. ;) Dewey, did you weigh your sticks?
