Midwest whitetail
So I know I'm probably the last one to the show but I finally checked out Midwest whitetail. I've heard so much about them I finally checked them out. I was pricing and designing a new playground for an army base today and wanted something to listen too. I started up the podcast with Dan. Let's just say I didn't get a lot done. I listened to the new one with Joe also. I was really impressed with the MW guys and with Dan and Joe. I may or may not have squeezed in a video too. Keep up the great work guys. Absolutely love what ya are doing

Re: Midwest whitetail
Yup. The young guys represent real world public land hunting success. What I like is that it also shows how much work it takes to be successful on public consistently.

Re: Midwest whitetail
Its a great show, i have watched from almost the beginning. If you go back in the older shows they have some really great monster buck hunts! A couple i would suggest is jared mills buck fight, bills g4 and g5 hunts and all of arron's public hunts. Me and my two little girls watch so much they can say all the sponsers names and they both say, and nikon!
Bucks,ducks, turkeys,and bass!

That's what I really liked was the majority is public land. When you have a something that shows all the work that is put in you are just super excited for them when they get one down.

Re: Midwest whitetail
Aaron's podcast with Dan was how I found the beast. I almost didn't even listen to it at first- I mean, this guy is talking about finding buck beds and everyone knows deer just bed randomly, right?
That was a year ago, and since then I've managed to find a few beds myself.

and... NIKON! Best into ever
It's the one of the few I will actually watch everything they put out. MW, Growing Deer, Whitetail Adrenalin & The Hunting Beast!

MW is the only show I watch anymore. I like the off season shows as much as any.

Re: Midwest whitetail
MW is the only hunting show that I keep up with. Aaron, Zach and the rest of the public land crew really make the show, I find it easy to relate them and I'm sure many others do. I like watching Bill's video blogs, but they can get dry when he hunts in the redneck blind all of the time.

Re: Midwest whitetail
For anyone looking for more stuff to watch on MWW check out their shows from when they started - 2008, 2009, 2010. That was before the deer farming craze fully set in I have watched some of those old episodes several times over the years and Bill's stuff was more interesting. The irony is it seemed like he had more encounters with bigger deer each season before devoting his main effort to growing them and leaving them undisturbed at all costs The G4 buck happened, which was a pretty cool story, but Bill hasn't been the same since.
The public land content is gold. I look forward to whatever else they decide to try in coming seasons!

...and remember to always dream big.
Aaron is a member here. He needs his own public land show. I discovered Spring Thunder this turkey season, but man that kid can find the deer!
