Preferred Bedding Question

Still new to the whole beast style hunting and constantly trying to re-learn everything I've ever heard, etc. Anyway, wondering about what type of point may be preferred (ignoring wind direction, pressure, food, water, etc) and just solely on which type of point a buck may prefer. A point that is within a valley or draw such as this?



Or, one along the point of a main ridgeline such as this...


These may not be great examples of pictures, but curious as to a finger ridge within a draw or valley or a main ridgeline point? Does it make a difference? Thanks.
