No. It was just found laying on a trail coming out of a small swamp.

No. But you can count on above average antler growth this year with the higher degree-days and early green up. I also worry about another EHD outbreak with these conditions. Just roll with the punches.

Friday I picked up the right side of a nice 3.5 year old 8 point we had on every camera on the farm all year long. No one ever saw him on the hoof and we thought he was a borderline shooter. It hadn't been chewed on and I know we walked this spot looking for antlers a month ago. I think it was a late drop in Central Illinois. I saw a couple with antlers last month when I was down there scouting.
