Great interview Dan! I specifically liked hearing more about your backround. I like how you just teased about the hills and I was surprised to not hear you speak about wind or thermals. Maybe that's for when they get requests to have you back for part 2?
I laughed at his response when you asked about hunting the same stand over and over.

The ten questions at the end I thought for sure the answer to the thing he can't hunt without would be milkweed. That's the first thing that popped in my head.

I would have to say tree stand as well if I developed my own super secret ultimate buck bed stand.

Re: Big buck registry podcast on youtube
Another great podcast, Dan!
Good advice towards the end, "You gotta push that envelope to that point that you fail, in order to succeed..... Failing is success. Because it taught you something. No reason to get mad, there's no reason to get upset. What did you learn from that?... Is it gonna happen again? If it happens twice you're an idiot. If it happens once, you learn something. Any time you fail , you should be analyzing that hunt and thinking about WHY?!? And vice, any time you succeed you should be analyzing and asking yourself why."
