Good podcast and a great bowhunter. He didn't mention one thing about bedding areas tho. Mostly terrain and deer movement.

Yea Hawthorne that is sort of the distinction you will always see between guys who are used to hunting unpressured deer versus when you have to compete against other hunters.

Nothing against the Wensels, I think they have done a ton representing bowhunters and love their films, just a general observation on tactics. The Wensels have killed 160+ inch bucks, with Trad gear, just about every single year since moving to Iowa and getting access to some prime ground a decade ago :shock:

Excited to hear he is putting another film together. But I want it to be the full 8 hours not two 90 minute DVDs :lol:
