You clearly had the right intentions Dan. Do you find that islands are most productive when pressure pushes bucks to bed on them?

Thanks for sharing. Your videos are always entertaining. Do you think that maybe subconsciously that since you really didnt want to shoot that deer that maybe your didnt focus on the kill shot? KInda like in golf when I am in between clubs and dont feel 100% confident in my shot and always seem to hit a bad shot. Just trying to give you a legitimate excuse

Some are, some are not... In this case it was. Sometimes the time to be there is when the only oaks ( on the island ) are dropping, sometimes its pressure, and a lot of the time its the safe place to be all season.
