I was surprised at how far apart many of the stands were, even tho you were hunting a deer using the whole area.

The T-shirt thing is my little (friendly) jab at all the guys doing video's wearing head to toe sponsor billboards. And really, its gotten fun to wear goofy shirts. The whole family gets involved now buying me more and more outrageous shirts then daring me to wear them on a video... My brother bought me a monkey shirt that Im trying to build up the courage to wear next. He dared me, I almost have to, but not sure I can keep a straight face with the "lucky monky"

As far as stage hunting the area, I did "kind of" when I hunted my way to the back, but when I was hunting just one buck I went where I felt my chances were best. After a couple seasons in there, Im really starting to understand how to navigate to different areas using accepted human wroughts and the correct winds for access. In other words, im more comfortable back there now than I was when the 1st video was mADE.

This is very interesting and it is good to see your approach to an area after you have experience built up. I have an area that I am planning to stage hunt next year. So it is good to see how experience gained in an area with limited access can be used to develop a plan for future years.
