I saw that along with a couple other new stands and laughed out loud.

I am not trying to be a hater but it is as if the engineers behind some of these designs have never deer hunting.

It looks heavy, loud, and tasty for squirrels :), that seat would not last a season in the elements. And I am pretty sure your swivel barring would be nice and loud after a few rain cycles

They would probably sell more of them if that railing was up higher for a rifle stand.

Wow !

I honestly could see some rich guy buying this for his guided fenced in hunt. Of course he would have someone else put it up for him...

That thing will do EXACTLY what it is designed to do....get some suckers to buy and make the business money.

Note I said nothing about actually helping kill deer

I wonder where you put your safety lanyard? Does it attach to the seat post? I could see myself getting dizzy spinning around on that sucker

You could use the stand, but I believe it would cost you a few bucks...literally, figuratively, etc...Before learning from this site, I used to walk around and look at all the new hunting gear. Now I find myself walking around it chuckling about all the gimmicks...

Millennium's target market isn't the mobile hunter. Every year they produce a bigger hang-on. The m7 was their attempt at reaching the mobile hunters. It fall short without adjustable platform & the bracket hanging system not conducive to crooked knotty trees.

However with that said Millennium's are a decent baseline stand. Some modding can make them a mobile stand.

Yes, to my knowledge the only Millennium with platform leveling is the m60.

Millennium has a tripod stand I've been thinking about buying. I think it's only 30 pounds and 8ft. All aluminum.Perfect for the treeless areas big bucks gravitate to in high pressure areas.
