Yeah i dont know much about anything but painting a stand with misting spray paint breaks up the outline and kills the "shine"

I do mine...I stealth strip after painting...I cannot stand the one color thing...I doubt it makes a lick of difference...and I don't leave my stands in the woods..but I do it anyways...
If left in the woods I think it really helps hide or from thieves...blends in better than 1 color...

I just use flat camo paint. Sticks well and has not worn off.

I would wait until after this season. Just try smearing some mud on or tie
some limbs with leaves to it. Oak limbs will hold their leaves all season and
