I just bought some coveralls that rustle a bit when I move in them. I'd say about twice as noisy as a blue jeans scraping against each other. I'm trying to decide if I wanna return, but they were on sale for a steal and they're waterproof. I'm usually pretty picky about clothing noise. Do you think it'd go away after a couple washes. How big a deal do you think the noise is?

Re: Rustling clothes
Everything seems to get amplified in the woods so I really prefer fleece and brushed material that is really quiet. Maybe keep em for using in the rain when you can get away with a little more noise?

Probably won't go away with washing. They should be fine for windy/rainy days, but if you are hunting calm conditions you will definitely risk getting picked off. I'd say inside 30 yds you're likely to get busted.

Re: Rustling clothes
I agree, it is probably the thing that makes them waterproof that is making them noisy.

Yeah that's what I was afraid of when I bought them, think I'll send them back
