Could someone clarify the overhead underfoot concept for me. And also what apps or websites are you guys using to track. Any help would be appreciated.

Re: Moon question
https://www.usprimetimes.com/ is a great site.
The moons rotation has major and minor times when the gravitation pull is the strongest, the overhead and underfoot times are the peak times. The site also lists the minor times, have have seen movement on those times but much more so at the peak times. The best days happen when the peak times are when the deer like to move anyway, so anything within 2 hours of last light or early in the am. However you can sometimes catch bucks cruising during the rut during these peak times. This doesn't mean you should only hunt these peaks times/days but they can help predict better than average deer movement, hunt as much as you can when you can.
