Just got caught up on all the videos. Super exciting to watch!! Loved the aggressive move with the decoy.

Aaron at the end of the 10/18 vid I think you hit the nail on the head... Give them a little time and they should loosen up and leave that field in daylight.

I especially love the decoy tactic when you're encroaching on their bedding like that.

Another video was up this morning with more good buck encounters. Man, these guys are making this look too easy. Maybe its Iowa, or maybe they're are quick learners. I'm lucky to see a buck on a quarter of my sits, so far these guys are at 100%... keep it up!

I make no secret that I have very good ground to chase deer and I don't take that for granted JM

Kidding aside, the fact they are getting into good bucks with every hunt is impressive as heck. I'm not matching those stats. They are still learning this style as Aaron would be the first to admit, closing the deal will come as they learn.

100% agree.

Maybe Winke himself will start infiltrating bedding areas when he sees his buddies outdoing him on public! Aaron has Bill came to you looking for scouting advice yet?!?

No he hasn't. I don't really hunt like him to tell you the truth. Very different schools of thought between us but that's why deer hunting is fun. More than one way to skin the cat.

Right... (I was joking.) The thing I love about bed hunting is it works on high pressure and low pressure land alike.

Fantastic job documenting these hunts! I'm looking forward to the next one. Good luck!

Been a blast following along, the latest buck is awesome. I'm starting to think there is a giant buck behind every tree in Iowa!! Good luck!
