Jeepers creepers. :o That is a stud buck. Good luck on killing him.

You can fool some of the bucks, all of the time, and fool all of the bucks, some of the time, however you certainly can't fool all of the bucks, all of the time.

I'm sorry about your losses, but I'm sure you're fortunate you had the time to spend with them that you did. Keep that optimistic attitude and you'll be rewarded with something greater than a deer. I'm rooting for you tonight! Good luck!

Well I have made it all the way in, access was great but did hear a deer blow from the direction of the bedding. I made it to with in 60 yds of the known bed but could not find a suitable tree at all to hang a stand. So I had to back out a lil farther than I wanted until I could find a suitable tree. I'm now 130yds from the bed, better than nothing but a lil farther out than I wanted. I'm still in the game though.

Yes I am definitely worried about that, just not sure what other options I have at the moment. I should have scouted for tree's when I found the bed's last winter. I'm thinking I may have to check out a tree saddle due to the fact there just aren't many good huntable trees in my neck of the woods. I did just have a 6 point come from that bedding so still hoping he might be in a different bed.

The good news is I saw the buck who was in that point bed and it wasn't him, the bad news is it wasn't him lol. He was a young 8 point and would have given me a shot.
