what do you do with the strap?
what do y'all do with the straps for your lone wolf / xop stands when packing in/out and hanging the stand? last year i busted hooked both ends to the versa buttons, folded them up and ran a bungee over top of them to hold them to the platform while packing in and hanging. Im just wanting to see if there is a better way to do it where the straps are easily accessible.

I strap the L bracket down on top with it and it keeps it quiet...I actually use the bottom strap as a linemans belt cuz it's easy to tighten and loosen.

I leave one end on the versa button, wrap once around the platform and hook the other loop (buckle end) on the seat bolt.

Re: what do you do with the strap?
At dan's scouting workshop, he showed us how he uses his. If I had a picture I would show it but basically he folds up the stand, leaving one end of the strap looped on the versa button and then runs the main strap around the "V" part of the platform and back down to the batwing. If I remember correctly, he only uses one strap. After I saw him do that, that is how I do it now too. Now I dont need to carry any straps in my pocket and I never forget a strap unless I forget my stand too.

Re: what do you do with the strap?
Last year I used one to strap my sticks on and used a fanny pack to carry the other stuff. My new safety harness has better pockets and I can carry them all in that now.
Now I hold my sticks on with a buckle strap that I zip tied to my stand. Much easier. Not sure if you can see it in that pic above the hip belt.
