So, I am in the market for some no-plow, tucked away in the woods food plot seed mix. I am all about giving to this site after everything I've learned. Which Slayer Seed should I be looking at for late Summer/Early Fall? Thank you in advance.

TTT Good question for Lance.
You can fool some of the bucks, all of the time, and fool all of the bucks, some of the time, however you certainly can't fool all of the bucks, all of the time.

Re: Slayer Seed!!!
Crimson Trail would be the best and I'm almost sold out of it for the year. I have maybe 1/4 acre of it left. How big of an area were you thinking of planting? Do you have it cleared yet?
A soil test is always a big help in having the best possible chance for a successful plot. It depends on what part of the state you are in, but you probably have time to get a soil test so you know how much lime you should add with your fertilizer.

You cannot invade mainland America. There would be a rifle behind every blade of grass.

Thank you for responding. A 1/4 acre is about the amount I need. I have a soil test in at the local co-op btw. Can I order online?
If you want to kill a deer you have to be in the woods.
