Pretty much what the guys above said. I've gone in a few times with just looking some areas over on the computer, and dove right in. I've planned routes via. Cpu and made some routes/waypoints downloaded to gps and made it to the exact spot in some nasty NE Wisconsin marsh/swamps. Hip boots and gear on my back for all day sits. And yes, I have filled both hip boots in 28" temps, and sat in a tree all day. Helps to have some dry socks along. One trip, I was soaked from croch down, set up stand in dark, emptied hip boots, got in tree, took off boots to alow gear to kind of dry, was bare foot, trying to get dry socks on, and a nice fat six point comes pushing thru the tails 20' away. All wile temps are below freezing. Fun....
