Amen... For that price, I could do land improvements on my parent's place for 8 YEARS minimum. That is my 10 year, total transformation, budget for 2 more acres than listed. I'm talking 600-700 tree plantings, 10 acres of planted cover, perimeter screening for multiple food plots, food plots themselves...

Sorry, I'll take the 10 years of projects and a lifetime of hunting instead....
