Not hard to get a record mature buck harvest in PA. It's improving, but it'll be in the top 10 worst states for awhile.

Pretty certain I read the other day that it's actually become a top 10 best in terms of B+C and P+Y bucks being entered...but I could be wrong.
I doubt it is that high up, but I don't think it's in the pits anymore.

I can't believe Minnesota, Wisconsin and Michigan are on there. I've hunted all 3 and I don't think they are that bad. All 3 have a good amount of public hunting opportunities. He must have never seen the p&y map.
