I carry a small piece of plywood that is just big enough the support the feet.
I am also using a Huntmore 360.

A 1"x4" fastened close to the bottom. Same principle as Dan using his wooden step ladders!

Personally I like shooting from my knees over sitting in a chair. Problem with sitting on your knees for a long time your legs fall asleep. I used a small bed roll once. Placed it behind my knees so my upper thighs/lower buttocks could rest on my calves without as much pinch. Worked good. It was just kind of a pain to carry.

I've since been looking at the calf pads baseball catchers wear. I'm probably going to buy a set of them for this season. Then make some fleece covers to quiet them down. Plus wear some knee pads.

If the area is wet I'll wear my hip boots.

Just another angle to look at. To solve the situation.

Check out marsh seats online. They have fingers that web out to spread the surface area of the chair legs so they don't sink. It would be easy enough to modify any chair the same way.

Here is an example.
