Looking for old deer racks/sheds

Unread postby Terry » Fri Apr 01, 2016 4:01 am

I recently came into a position as Measurer's chairman for the New York State Big Buck Club. I will eventually be doing sort of a class/scoring session for potential new measurers. I am looking for complete racks over 100" and decent size sheds, especially with abnormal points. I know it's a shot in the dark since most people, myself included treasure them. I will pay the shipping cost. Thank you

Knife manufactures use the antlers for handle material. So they have more than sentimental value. JFYI
You can fool some of the bucks, all of the time, and fool all of the bucks, some of the time, however you certainly can't fool all of the bucks, all of the time.

There is a store located in Indiana called American Natural Resources Company.
The specialize in rustic furniture and the buy antler sets/shed from all across the states.
I tried their web site, but something isn't working. I can find it on Yelp, but that is it. I would call the owner and ask him. He will likely be seeking credentials from you as I know he gets bombarded with shisters asking for the same thing.

Good luck.
