Interesting concept. But too heavy for my taste. Sometimes hanging a complete stand can be a PITA to do - like when in a gnarly tree. It would be nice to have the option to do it in pieces when the need exists. Like when working around branches and such.

Yeah, having just started out with a lone wolf, wrestling a fully assembled stand is not as hard as they make it seem.

You mean you don't "slam" your treestand against the tree when you're hanging it? I guess the guy also levitated up the tree since there was no sign of climbing sticks.
